Life skills & resettlement
Resettlement can bring practical challenges as well as new opportunities. Developing life skills means turning longer-term goals into manageable everyday actions.
Keeping appointments, establishing a routine and knowing when to ask for help can all contribute to greater independence. An individual support plan keeps the focus on the needs and outcomes that matter to each person.
Moving Forward is part of our wider work supporting people after prison through accommodation, mentoring and community support.
